送纸单元
·可连续或隔张送纸（有计数器）。
·采用前缘滚轮送纸，可调整送纸行程，减轻拉纸辊的压力。
·前缘送纸加大吸风流量，送纸更平稳、准确。
·变频控制真空气流及压力，以配合纸板尺寸。
·拉纸胶辊为双层胶，内层软、外层硬，既保持内层弹性又保证表面耐磨，减少压扁送入 , 的纸板。
·除尘装置：毛刷及风机清除纸板表面纸屑。多个风机直抽加多排静电毛刷 及转动圆毛刷，最大程度清除纸板表面粉尘。
·拉纸胶辊间隙，左右挡纸板位置，电脑控制调整。
·后托纸架电动控制前后，加快设置速度。

干燥单元

·干燥单元可选购红外线或紫外线干燥系统。

·紫外线干燥方式快速烘干印刷品表面的 UV 光油，避免模切时出现的拖花现象；同时也有效提高了产品的印刷速度

模切单元
·伺服电机驱动，保证印刷单元震动少，印刷更精准。
·胶垫辊补偿采用独立马达驱动，控制胶垫辊筒的速度，补偿范围 ±3.5mm，使胶垫辊与刀模辊速度保持一致。
·胶垫辊机械螺旋换向 50mm 游动装置，提高了胶垫的使用寿命。
·横向相位，电脑及电动数字式控制，控制范围在±10mm。
·模切相位调整通过 PLC 伺服驱动。
·胶垫辊切削修平结构，保持胶垫表面平整。
